I’m Nadine Katarina Kaplan, a real estate professional proudly serving Hamilton, Ancaster, Burlington, Grimsby, and surrounding communities. I’m passionate about helping people find a place that doesn’t just look good on paper, but actually feels like home.

My approach is simple: listen first, communicate honestly, work hard, and genuinely care about the people I represent.

A Little About Me

I’ve always been someone who loves people, stories, and discovering what makes a place special. I’m naturally outgoing, curious, energetic, and a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to getting things right.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me with a camera in my hand, listening to music, exploring somewhere new, cooking, gaming, learning French or Italian, or spending time outdoors.

I also love Hamilton and the communities that surround it. There’s something special about finding those little neighbourhood gems, meeting the people who make a community what it is, and helping someone picture their life there.

And yes, I’m the Realtor who will probably get excited about a great kitchen, a beautiful backyard, and the potential of a property all at the same time. 😂
